At shemrock, we believe that both teacher and parents play an important role in the successful development and learning of a child and it is only through collaboration between school and home, that positive result can be achieved. As a responsible preschool we follow a well designed Parent Participation Programme (PPP) - "synergy", through which we aim to create and support a strong Parent-School relationship. we follow a two-way system of communication through circulars, diaries, forms, ete Beside this we also conduct various event like the PTMS, Parenting workshops, special meetings, orientation days and so on. Recently we took an innovative step in the direction with" Bright Beginning" our Parent Volunteering Programme. As part of the programme, organising event/workshops/picnics, contributing in art & Craft activities etc. This gives Parents opportunities to Participate in their child's learning at school in various way while giving them immense Satisfaction of using their skills and time positively for the growth and development of all children.
